I got a call from Mary Blackmon at 11:15 today. I called back and the number was not in service. This is probably a scam.
Same as all of you. Mary Blackmon get a life! Rang 3 times and hung up before answering machine kicked in. When l called the number back, l got this recording, which played twice: "The Cricket number you called is no longer in service. Message 21 b u f." Then a fast busy signal. I promptly hung up and reported it to the Do Not Call Registry. Not that it will do any good!
Got a call this morning at 10:43 CST. I did not answer because did not know the name. Glad I did not. I am so tired of the scam and BS phone calls.
This came in as Mary Blackmon........don't know this person nor did I know the number. I also know that telemarketers are trying everything to bypass caller id & get you to answer. So I didn't answer, blocked this number, along w/a zillion others (gee, am I glad the government's great do not call program is so effective, yeah right) & will waste my time once again reporting another telemarketer to the dnc (useless) list. If nothing else, will give them something to do other than to play solitaire while we pay them the huge salaries.
Ditto - Mary Blackmon on Caller ID. I do not answer my phone anymore without checking caller ID. Obviously "she" is a telemarketing scammer since she is calling all over the country to people who do not recognize the caller ID. I too am on the DNC registry which does not work at all. I am bombarded with calls of this type. Perhaps the DNC should check with NSA or the White House to check on the origin of these calls since they are collecting all this stuff. Right? They have my number, the time of day, and the should also have the origin of the call or what the hell are they doing the snooping for?
Received a telephone call from Mary Blackmon, 716-990-8492 at 12:19 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2013. I was not home so no one else answered telephone.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
