Got a phone call at 11:05 PST from phone number 716-990-8492 w/ a caller ID of "Mary Blackmon" range 4x left no voice message. Didn't recognize the name or number (somewhere in NY) I'm on the West coast so I didn't answer. What annoys me is that we are on the Do Not Call List and they still call. We are seniors so I am guessing they got a list of seniors phone numbers judging from two of the previous messages above that it's in ref to seniors falling in their homes.
Yep, Mary called here too. Caller ID is sure helpful. Guess lonesome Mary is making her rounds in CA as my call came in at 11:15. Sure appreciate this site and all you fellow targets out there!
Just got a call from this number, but my caller ID said "Out of Area" and it is out of area alright because I am in Texas. Rang three times and hung up. Didn't answer it. Don't think it does any good to block these calls, because they just use another number to call the next time. On the rare occasion I would answer, my pat reply is that I don't give to ANYONE who calls me on the phone. If they are legit they can mail me something and I will consider if I am interested in donating to their cause.It is aggravating, but don't think there is anything that can be done.
Received a call from this telephone number, 1-716-990-8492, today, 08/09/2013, at 1:31pm (CDT) and the telephone rang three (3) times and the caller, according to my CallerID Mary Blackmon, hung-up ..... I do not answer calls from "UNKNOWN", people, companies, and telephone numbers I do not know ..... I am, and have been on since it was started, on the DO NOT CALL list ..... And, I renew it every year .....
Good luck ..... I have been on the DNC list since it was started and I add my telephone numbers in January of each year since and I still keep getting calls ..... Goo Luck ......
