After this number had called repeatedly over the course of a half hour without leaving a message (and I didn't pick up as I never do for strange numbers), I picked up and after a pause someone came on the line. I yelled at the person for the persistent calls, and she apologized, then said she was calling me about a proxy vote for a Fidelity fund which I'm invested in, read the text of the proposal and told me how I could vcte -- including giving her my vote. I didn't take that option to be safe, but it sounded legit, as I did get a proxy package from Fidelity that I had never gotten around to opening.

No message.

Mary is right! I also have some mutual funds, and I, like her don't answer strange numbers, It is legit.. I get mailers from Fidelity all the time asking me for my "vote" whatever that is- no time for that! only for chatting on internet! ha! I have called back and no ans- so it does make you wonder! but good watching out for your personal info guys!

call comes from "fidelity" AKA DK King ! which is a s identity theft scammer calls 8 times a day every day ! 7 days awake and has for over 6 years you block the "F" head he just calls back from a different number he runs every scam fron IRS Tax scams to Collections and insurance scams don't talk to this asz hole cause he wont ever stop calling you

Same as the others have reported. Calls with no messages...it is Fidelity and they now OWE ME MONEY !!! When I have answered, I have asked them to NOT CALL ME ANYMORE !!! I am charged PER CALL/ PER MINUTE for incoming calls. I want these calls to STOP IMMEDIATELY !! I will pull all of my Fidelity investments if these calls continue.

Have been getting calls where no one is there when I answer, also callers who don't leave messages. It's annoying. Almost more annoying than when a telemarketer actually answers. Today I *69'd and got 718-559-4093. I called this number back and someone answered. I asked them to remove my number from their calling list. He said he would (I'm not sure I believe it). I took the man's name. If my name is not removed and I receive more calls I will step up my complaint.

same problem as reported by others. multiple calls leaving no message. It turns out it is Fidelity outsourcing outbound calls to a vendor and that vendor uses a system that calls all the numbers and route the call to a person only when somebody picks up the phone. There is no way to get out of the caling list as they are NOT doing telemarketing but following up on proxy votes. I am taking this to Fidelity management (including a copy of all the posts here) and if calls do not stop I will report it to the local district attorney although not much can be done.

I don not now who this is and I am on a do not call list.
