I get the same calls and have the same stories as you all.I talked about it with my boss and he said it's a scam in which the people are getting the address/numbers that are "encoded" into our phones and using them.It was more technical and he had more mumbo jumbo phrases...???????????????

6/30/07 9:20 AM Called Jacksonville, FL to my cell. Did'nt answer since not one of my numbers. No message. Call on my TracFone number.

Same story. Just graduated in May 2007. Student loans perhaps? Denver, CO (AT&T)

the same thing happens on my phone. Verizon cant connect me to the number. It prob. calls every week. What is the story?

So I have been receiving calls from this number everyday for the past week. Thank goodness I found this because I am a recently graduated student who has loans out there, but i haven't actually answered when they call. It has a busy signal when you attempt to call back, and like everyone else, a message is never left.

My wife answered my phone today the three times they called me, now she thinks I am cheating on her (until I showed her this)thanks for making this post. I work in the communication field and will see if I can dig up some information on this number and will post something if I find any thing out.

I just called the number provided by Steve (on 24 Sep 2007) I asked to be removed from their calling service and they did. Problem should be solved...I hope

I was at work when this number called so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail. I'm Cingular and live in KY and when I looked the number up it was from Clearwater, FL. I just tried to call it back and I got the "call failed; not allowed" message.

have gotten many calls from this number. talked to someone once who said they wanted to consolidate my loans. when i told him i had already consolidated, he asked for any names i might want to give him of friends who would need his services (as if). then i got called again anyway. who knows?
