I just got this call less than 30 min. ago. This is 6th time over the past few weeks. Each time the same thing. When I answer no one is there and when I try to call back I get the following message: "Your call did not go through, please try again ... 077T"I live in Portland, Oregon and use Tmobile, no facebook listing. I just graduated from Portland State U. in March, 07.If this is a loan consolidation company they are doing themselves a disservice by pissing us all off. I agree with the poster above. Sue them in small claims court.

Okay, I called DDS and spoke to somone in Customer Service and she said my cell phone number was associated with someone named Ronaldo. She removed from their phone list, which means they are the ones doing it. She also stated that there was no law forbidding them from calling our cell phones. Yeah I got a call from this number at 9:23AM Central and I didn't pick it up. No message was left so I decided to check it out.

I got the call at 9:31 eastern.

They have called my phone for the sixth time now!!! They called my phone three freaking times today. I have Verizon. At first I thought it was an ex-boyfriend that lives in St. Petersburg. I live in Tampa, FL. But now -- I realize it is some sort of scam. This is my business phone and it's getting rather old.

Same thing. Have been calling for the past 3 weeks, each morning between 9-10am. Recent Graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland, using verizon, and still living in MD. Haven't picked it up once.
