This number has called me several times for the last couple months! *****Finally today I find out who it is!!!!***** There was actually another voice on the other line after I said hello. It was direct Student services and they wanted to consolidate my loans that I already did like 2 years ago. So the mystery is solved, it is just a company with out of date equipment and records.

I received a call with no response as well. 2006 SIU Graduate. Funny, I also got a call about a week ago supposedly from SIU alumni org. asking for donations. Coincidence? I will report on donotcall.gov

They have called me every day or every other day for the past 2 weeks. Never leave a message but always call between 9am and noon. BEYOND inappropriate!!!

it's funny that you believe that.. schools and universities have been selling student data for decades. Mailing lists keep super intendants and the head of IT well paid.. er.. extra well paid. ..but it's cute that you're naive enough to believe the compromised server gag.Also, [***] your degree. I have had the same thing happen this is the second time, it is very weird.

I just called DSS and asked if that number was associated with them and if I was on their calling list. They said the number isn't theirs that they are aware of and that my number wasn't on any list nor was anyone dialing it manually. Has anyone else received a similar story?

i received two phone calls within the past week. They never left a message and when i tried to call the # i got a busy signal. Called my U.S. cellular phone.

They called for the first time today. No message left. I tried to call back and received a rapid busy signal. Does anyone know, are these 727 numbers always telemarketer related?

same number calls me as well.. since last 3 months i guess and same, once almost every week. 2 rings and disconnects. when called back, verizon can't connect me to the number- it says check the number...i dont know who or what is this.. anyone found out??
