Another call to lower the interest. They say if you don't want this calling again to press 3. Well I have did this before. It does not work. I am so tired of these calls. They called again just now. I waited to talk to the operator again, and told them "I am on the do not call list. " I kept telling them this, and they can not say "one word." I guess they don't know what to say when you are mad at all the calling. Every time they call, "It is the last time you will receive the call. " Funny , I don't know how many times they will repeat the same call from different telephone numbers.
Received recorded message regarding lowering bank rates. I am unable to request that future calls be stopped.
I pay my cards off every month so they're just wasting their own resources by calling here. Besides, it's none of their business how much I pay -or want to pay- for cards' interest. I'd nver give them any information. Scam and ID Theft issues .
I pick up ONLY because I often work from home and my customers need me to answer the telephone. These don't have SCAM written on them, so we don't know until after we answer the phone. Some of my legit customers call from offices where the id is blocked, so I can't go by that either. Like some of the others, I block them but they change their number. Very annoying!
I have been getting these calls repeatedly for years now. Tried to call number to get it to stop but there's no one there. What a waste of energy this type of garbage is.
It is a Credit Card company wanted to reduce your interest rate on all your cards to 6.5%. I push #1 and ask them not to hang up and to please take my name off their list because I don't have any cards with a balance and before I finish saying cards with a balance they hang up The other numbers doing the same thing are: 715-254-0350, 801-823-2030, 723-674-9999, 503-457-1836, 503-902-8112 and 701-661-1003. I have SUCCESSFULLY reported B of A for doing the same thing. They have now stopped. Now to contact the FTC about these and get them stopped. It's easy to do, just fill out the form and answer the questions, within 2 days B of A ceased. And I was never late with B of A on my Mortgage either. Too important not to be late. Never have been, never will be even though they encouraged me to be to help me refinance, I said bu***hit...why should I ruin my credit rating.
Got a call and had the same problem calling them back, my message machine has a lag in it from the end of my outgoing message to when it picks up call so I just googled the number and this link looked helpful and it was.I thought it might be a home mortgage group but 6%+ is a little high these days for that so I'm sure it's the credit card scam.I'll report it to the links in Florida I saw in another post just to help build a case.
CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ! 1-877-382-4357. Forget the do not call list...this company is FRAUD. The Florida Attorney Generals Office is not doing anything with this as they have said its up to the FTC. I called the FTC and spoke with one person and their manager. They need you to call them and let them know of the issue. I told them just to google the number and they said they are not allowed to do that (per congress) and that they can ONLY respond to complaints. I was disappointed they are not allowed to simply open their window and look around on a simple internet search.Bottom Line CALL the FTC at 1-877-382-4357complaining about fraud is fine, complaining to the right people is doing something about it. This website was helpful, but CALL THE FTC ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE.
I keep getting calls from a company offering lower interest rates on my credit card. I don't even have a credit card. Calls keep coming at least once a week to several times a month.
Just got a call from these guys, with the same ones calling from a different spoofed number (also ending in 9999) a little while ago. I add them to the ILLEGAL CALLS contact on my iPhone, which has a silent ring tone. It still annoys the hell out of me, though. To those people who suggest reporting them: they use spoofed numbers. The do-not-call list (which I have been on for years) is UTTERLY USELESS to protect us from these scammers. I wish that were not the reality, but it is. I have been reporting such calls for years, and absolutely nothing has been done. It's very frustrating.
