However, they do have a registered domain: qualityresources2.com and use it for email addresses. They also have a block of Verizon IP's 65.115.184.56 - 65.115.184.63. There is a webserver with a cover page at »65.115.184.58/ If it were me, in addition to filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office I would also contact the president/owner of QR, Ms. Cheryl Mercuris directly, and find out why she instructs her employees to repeatedly call you at home claiming to have your card info and pushing her operation.As mentioned in my previous post, public records indicate that the owners full name is Cheryl Renee Mercuris, born 1965. in addition to the two numbers listed above, I also have Phone: 727-669-2242 Fax: 727-669-7762 and 727-669-8442. Cheryl's published email address is crmercurisATaol.com., crmercurisATqualityresources2.com might work also.The records list a home address of 1746 Santa Barbara Drive, Dunedin, FL 34698. In addition to the business address, other addresses were: 201 Bayside Dr., Clearwater Beach, FL.. They also show that Cheryl is/was married to a Kosta B. Mercuris, her maiden name is Weiss. They were once partners and officers in a now defunct Florida Corp called SKY INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CORPORATION. Kosta is a partner in a current FL Corp: 3G GROUP, LLC and also MEDSOURCE, L.L.C. Receiving calls 2-3 times a day from a pushy telemarketer who was trying to send me a $40 gift card for signing up to some service at $19.95. The caller new the 4 last digits of one of my credit cards and obviously new my private cell phone number. He wanted to verify my address and credit card # to complete the transaction when I hung up. I filled a complaint with the FCC.

This number called me 3 times looking for my girlfriend, and they were calling MY phone. When they asked for her the first 2 times and I told them she was not available they hung up on me. They also asked if a spouse was available... to which I replied "NO". The third time I told them it was not her number and they said they will "put it on the list as a wrong number" and then hung up on me. I called them back and it rang once then they answered "Ms. Rodriguez?" How did they know who it was? And they still won't tell mw who it is? So we looked up the number and found this page... I hope this helps and if they call any of you... don't answer the phone!!

Received call from 727-712-0382 on my cell phone. They stated that I was selected as a preferred customer and would receive in the mail $40 in gas vouchers. They had a Mastercard logo and last 4 digits of my credit card (an old one) that would charge me $1 for these gas vouchers. I requested she remove my name and information from her calling list and do not call me any more. She stated that she would and it would take 72 hours to do so. Also, she stated that she did not have my full credit card number and nothing would be charged.

I have just started getting the calls again, same scam, but now from a place called "vista services." I am not sure if they changed the company name or this is just a separate scam. The number shows as Private on my cell phone.

Got call about $40 gas card scam. I asked how they got my number and they refused to answer. I also asked to be place on there do not call list. I have been getting these calls after purchasing a Snuggie. the ONLY time i used my cell phone to purchase anything with my cell phone contact info - was the Snuggie. Do NOT purchase Snuggie - they sell your information to these scumbags.

I just called their office number at 1(727)669-2242. They were polite and prompt and took my cell number off their list, or so she said. We will wait and see. Good luck to us all!

"Dont be alarmed we dont have your full credit card number on file. just the last 4 to make sure that the card does belong to you. and to make sure that we dont give out your personal information that is not you."--Why shouldn't I be alarmed that you have ANY of MY personal credit card information, even if it is as you say "JUST the last 4 numbers of my credit card." I want to know where you got this information, because this is a major violation of my privacy, and most importantly ILLEGAL...so I suggest that you and your other "Quality Resources Reps" think about what they are doing, because I WILL report you to the FTC, quicker than you can even imagine. "If you dont like telemarketing calls then dont buy sh*t of the internet. dont buy sh*t off the phone. dont buy sh*t. we have to make a living just like you. and believe it or not even though i am a telemarketer...my telemarketing as* prolly makes more money than you..just for starters."--First of all, I can't believe that you are so tacky as to say that you make more money than most of us...sure keep telling yourself that...maybe you are in denial, or maybe you are doing something illegal to earn all this money...trust me I will get to the botttom of this, and my lawyer(s) (who happen(s) to be my husband and father) are looking into seriously legal action against not only your company but other companies who do this same [***].--Second, how dare you assume that because I buy or order something off the internet, that this gives you the right to ILLEGALLY obtain my credit card information, or better yet ANY information about me AT ALL. --I am so PISSED off at your comment "I'm not an angry rep I just wish people would listen before they make a bad assumption about a company." And i hope that karma comes around to you and your other "quality resources reps" and you start to get harrasing phone calls NUMEROUS times a day from a company that has NO RIGHT AT ALL TO ACCESS your PERSONAL INFORMATION, and then maybe you can go through the hassle of having to switch all your credit/debit cards and cell phone number just to STOP being harrased by YOU!
