then why are you even on this board checking for complaints? its HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS that you are here now claiming to be legitimate. Legitimate companies doing legitimate business do not troll complaint boards - they don't have to - they are not ripping people off.

I did all what they asked me to do......after hung up the phone, I started to worry, so I called bank of amercia to report that my card is stolen. Now in a about ten days, I will have a new credit card

That is why it is so important to read: 1. Terms and Conditions on all websites before you start filling out forms for purchases - this is where they tell you the "charges" that will be incurred - as you agree to the T&C on every website when you make a purchase.2. Privacy Policy - this is where they tell you that they share you info with their "partners" - increasing spam email and phone calls.

They just call and do not say anything. It has started since July 2007.

Everyone-It is ILLEGAL to call a mobile number (cell phone) with ANY offers. Many states have made it illegal to even use cell phones (without handsfree) while driving a vehicle. Asking people to even look at their CELL PHONE to see who is calling puts them in harms way. I smell a class action lawsuit brewing against yet another horrible telemarketing compnay (who apparently thinks they are above the law)BTW they called my regular phone with 727-712-0382and less than 1 second later they called my cell phone with 802-651-6889

I finally answered a call from this number and they knew my name, social, atm card #, address, everything. The things they said to me are pretty much the same as what everyone else is posting on here. I went to the bank and checked my transactions and I have not lost any money, but they had on record that "I" called the bank yesterday and verified my PIN number. Thankfully I got to the bank right away and it looks like they won't be able to steal my money!

I have been getting calls from this number for the past couple months at all times of the day and night. When I answer the phone it hangs up and when I call back I either get elevator music or a busy signal. I don't know how they got my number or what other information they have (hopefully none). I would like to know who they are and why they are calling me. It is such a pain.

CLEARWATER FLORIDA !!!????I bet Scientology is in on this....those are their USA headquarters. The entire town of Clearwater is owned by the cult of Scientology.
