I keep getting a phone call from tis place too. But it is from a hospital in Naples, Fl. Hopefully they will get the hint and quit ( not likely ) but hopefully!!!

i dont think it is uams. i think is saline memorial. only hospital ive been to in the 5 years. but they could be a collection agency for many hospitals around central arkansaas.

They call every day and won't leave a message, just let it ring and ring so by the time my elderly mother gets to the phone, they hang upon her, or if the answering machine is on, the DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE SO WE WILL KNOW WHO THEY ARE CALLING OR WHAT ABOUT!!! This is harassment and nothing less. If they are a legitimate business, they would act like one! I can see why they are not a member of the BBC, they don't make the grade!!!

I personally know this company and a few people who work there. It's just a collection agency in a small town that deals mostly with medical claims. They employ almost entirely females. These girls are under-paid and overworked. They are cussed at, yelled at and threatened on a daily basis. They are either calling from a "call list" on a sheet of paper, or they are connected with a program that automatically calls numbers for them. They usually have absolutely no control over who they call when on the automated system. Also, they are almost constantly monitored (because the owner and other management seem to have nothing better to do), and have very strict rules on how they can speak to people. You WILL get fired for being rude at MSCB. If you get a call from MSCB, it's having to do with a debt you owe (usually medical related). Pay your bills and they will not end up going to a collection agency in the first place. The annoyance from these phone calls is your own fault. If there is a mistake, call them back and explain the situation like a civilized human being and chances are they will not bother you again. If you do owe a bill, and it has gone to collections, don't put it off. They can work with you and help you get your bills paid so they don't haunt you; leering back at you from your credit report. Try and be nice to these people... it's a crappy enough job, and with today's economy and the unemployment rate rising, finding another job is near impossible.(And NO, they don't work on the weekends and major holidays... so whoever mentioned getting calls on Sunday is lyyyyyyying, nor can they leave messages on most answering machines... merely because of the way the software works. If you don't know where they got your number from, think of who could have put you down for a reference, who put you down as emergency contact, who had your number before you, and generally what's available through digging- public records, current and previous employers' records, and even Google. )

Keep getting calls from this number.... I answer it on time and they don't say anything just hang up and one time just stayed on the line with no answer. They don't leave messages and when I call back there is no answer machien or anything....... VERY aggrevating!

I get a call peiodically that is a phone dialer used by telemarketers or collection agencies. If you say nothing it just hangs up. If you say something it will then ask if you are Joe Smith. If you say yes you will then be collected to a collections agent. We have had this issue for a while because insurance is fighting the insane charges for a 3 minute checkup that Urgent care in Branson West / Branson.We actually called our medical insurance carrier to find out that Skaggs never sent or followed up on insurance claim.Since we know nobody in the 713 area code we just don't answer or I sprechen sie Deutch.

this number keeps calling me at all times of the day and night...how the heck is it!!
