It being an election year, I am getting ZILLIONS of robocalls from numbers like this. Complaining to the government and law enforcement does no good. All you can do is look at the caller ID and if its a number you are not familiar with, let your answering machine handle it..
To the survey company calling me: Please have your credit card number handy. I charge $50 for the first five minutes you talk to me, $25 for each additional 2-minute block of time. The marketing data you're trying to mine is no longer free!!!
I got a call from this number at 9:00 on Thursday. NYS has a do not call registry and my number is registered. I will find you and make sure you are arrested and thrown in jail for the rest of your worthless life.
If this were a survey company calling, why would it block its identity and force a caller ID of "UNAVAILABLE?" I don't think a legitimate company would do that. Suspect this is a simple scam or telemarketer and we are now blocking this number.
Called repeatedly for several days. I finally called the number back and got a recorded call telling me this was a survey company. These are just as obnoxious as telemarketers, and should be made to adhere to the DNC list.

Whether or not they are exempt from the DNC list - they are not exempt from specific rules stating they cannot call someone after 9pm! That is totally ridiculous!!
