This is a telemarketing SCAM for several phishing explorers: Reduced Interest Rate Credit Cards, SAT (Dish Network) TV and Extended Auto Warranty. They call from both coasts on numbers that are bogus. Some even show as local numbers from just plain folks who have no idea their numbers are being used by telemarketers. Be advised that even if you are on the National Do Not Call Registry, your number could be removed, without you knowing it, if you change features on your phone, if it gets temporarily disconnected, etc. You need to verify that your number is still on the list every now and then, especially since it takes 31 days to "appear" or "activate" Dish Network has an escalation specialist in Colorado Springs who says, if you receive ANY calls after the 31 day period, call them and they can set you up in their "Sting Program" which provides you with faux information to present to the company as if you are going to order the service, and then they can trace who they are and press charges.I feel your pain comrades. This is a situation that has caused great frustration to me since they also call on my business lines and I am a florist who receives long distance calls for flower orders and must answer those calls. The list of "Bogus" numbers is so large, I simply can't try to look it up before answering while the phone rings and rings. It looks bad for business.Be brave my friends.

they keeping calling on my cell three too four times a day

I have been caled twice by this number and the first time they left a voicemail advertising MIAMI CLUBS and the second time was nothing....This is really annoying and a huge invasion of my privacy

I have received this call for credit card FINAL NOTICE info, and have documented 5 calls in the last 3 months. I have pressed the appropriate number to be removed to no avail. I press one to talk to a person and they hang up on me when I do not want their services and just want to be removed. Anyone have the documentation from the FCC ruling awarding $200 for each call made after you have been added to the do not call list?

They were calling a couple times a day & I finally chose to be opted out of the calls && now they call 10-15 times a day.

I called my local phone company after I had been receiving calls from (757) 990-8981. I was told I needed to file a complaint with my state AG and with the FTC.

757-990-8981 was displayed on my caller id. The pre-recorded message said that this was my last opportunity to get low rates on my credit cards. I asked that my number and name be removed from their database and the gentleman on the other end insisted that they did not call me! Get out!

This number called me and told me they could lower my interest rate on my Visa. I told them they had the wrong number. They went on to ask how much I owed? I told them nothing, and they hung up on me!!!
