How do you get companies like National Warranty to observe the nocall list?

Got a call from them today and it was a recorded voice talking about getting 4 free months of direct tv or dish I cant remember. Push 1 to talk to agent no option to have number removed.

I got this recorded call on 12-16-08 at my workplace and it was about credit card info. I don't have any credit cards so I assumed it was a scam.

They are calling saying they want to extend my car warranty. I hit the remove button but they still keep calling. So then I pushed 1 to talk to them and asked for them to remove my number. They say nothing and hit a button but the calls keep coming. Today I asked for a manager and they hung up on me. I am so over this.

Called on a wednesday at 9:16. Rang twice and stopped.

got a 2nd call today (different recorded message then yesterday) spoke to a younger male that mumbled... i asked to speak to his supervisor and was disconnected. im calling dish... i will cancel there service if i get one more solsitation.

Didn't answer. Received call 2/23 @ 1:27pm.

757-990-8981.......why casn't the FBI, AND THE FCC, do something with this nuisance soliciting, PLEASE anyone reading this. Anyone here have more legal or law enforcement connections??? This sucks my life.They want to suck my mother and me for REVERSE MORTGAGE.Please Sheriffs and FBI reading this, please find a way. I need to go to my State Representative now, too. Yes I am! I am mad!

Call every day for the last 2-3 months, when you get a hold of them, hang up immmediately, I;ve tried to call Dish network in the yellow pages, they deny even having my number in the system. This has to STOP!!!!!.

I am from Oklahoma. I looked up KJRH channel 2 works for you and called their help line maybe a news station can get something done. Tired or credit card services calling me and hanging up when they find out I won't be scammed.
