i too got several calls this morning about car warranties. i have pressed 2 many times to be removed. that does not work.today i decided to press one and talk to a person - it was a man with an indian dialect. told him i wanted to be removed from the call list - his response was " press 2 you idiot"now i am more than aggravated. is there anything that can be done to stop these calls?i am reportng to the attorney general office of texas also.

Please never give out your SS# they can open up accounts in your name. Never give out anything to somebody who calls you unless you intitiated the call. Good luck.

No answer when picked up.

I am on the DNC registry and have been for about two years. I have never done business with any such company and they are breaking the law. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list and they just hang up everfy time. Today I was told that they would not remove me and called a jerk beforee they hung up on me. They want Credit Card info and will not give any company info. It is definately a scam. I have worked for telemarketing companies before (legit ones) so I am aware of the laws that govern these companies and theses guys do not even come close.

they call everyday...sometimes they receive my fax machine...sometimes they get me...they've told me several times that i have been put on the "do not call" list...but yet..i still get calls....every damn day...im not even mean to them...and some are nice and say they put me on the list and other times they hang up...when u call the # back...its a recording saying its a "not working #"....how is it not working if they just friggin called me!!!!...and apparently its about my car warranty being up...but yet, they ask u for ur make and model of the car....what kinda crap is that!!!

same here. Wish I could block individual calls like this on national do not call and state do not call still getting these calls.

At 9:40 a.m., 2/19/09, received this call. Did not answer and they ignored the answering machine.

Called me, I didn't answer. Put on the caller ID block, last I will hear from them until they change their #..

im gonna by myself a whistle!!!

They call me 3 - 5 times a day. I have told them many times to stop calling but they persist. They hang up on me as soon as I say DO NOT CALL me again.
