I spoke with 6 different operaters and basically, I was told it is not a valid # as well--or better yet that it was not a # that could recieve incoming calls.
did a reverse search on this number(757.990.8981) and ended up here. how very interesting to find out that Dish Network has something to do with this. i HATE the DISH. biggest mistake i ever made was switching for direct tv, but that is another story. anyway, the last time i did the reverse search becauz of another annoying number, somebody left the following address. i followed up and got a response from the fcc a few days later. good luckwww.fcc.gov/cgb
After several tracing attempts, was told it is not a # that recieves incoming calls (i.e. cell or track phone, computer, or fax as some examples suggested)

Said they were working with my credit card company to lower my rate. When i asked them if they were authrorized by my credit card company they hung up on me.
I got a call last night at 9:17 PM from 7579908981. No message was left.I work early in the AM, so I am usually asleep by 9PM. I thought soliciters had time/hour restraints to call for solicitation?
