Someone from this number called my home at 6:20am!! The number did show up on our caller ID, however, the person showed up as "Unavailable." No message was left.
Did you answer the phone each time this person called? Did you get a male or female voice on the other end and did it sound human or automated? What time were the calls made?
i answered 2 times and he kept calling but didnt leave any messagehe called me around 7:20am, than kept calling until the last call at 7:47am. it was a guy and his voice did sound like automated.whats your state? i couldnt figure out where that 766 area code is from.
I'm in Northern VA. I tried looking up the area code to see what state or country it belongs to, but I couldn't find anything.

No, I usually don't pick up the phone when it's not a number I do not recognize on caller ID. They only called once at 6:20am this morning and never called back before I left for work at 7:00am. I'll be checking my caller ID to see if I received more calls from this number after I left. I wonder if it is some sort of scam. I don't think I will be answering any calls from area code 766 after seeing others people's comments about it.

I received a missed call on my cell today 9/20 at 1:25pm pacific time from this phone number: 766-756-1212, they didn't leave a message. I just returned from a weekend trip to Minneapolis, and wondered if there was some connection. I searched Internet, couldn't find who this number belongs to. After reading the various postings here, I will call Verizon my cell provider and have this number blocked. Thanks all for the postings!

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
