They will continue to call. I have reported then at least ten times. Nothing is being done. They've said F*** you to me and other profanities. Best bet is to block them through your phone company!
I've had them use profanities against me too! Unfortunately for that guy who called, I'm a retired corrections officer and can cuss him out bad enough to make his momma cry! He hung up on me. Keep reporting them to FTC but nothing is done about it!
Called, asked for my Mother by name. She was busy, so I offered to take a message. Had to repeat a few times, he then hung up. Very thick accent, loud noises in the background.
When I answered he asked for me. very thick accent, i told him he had the wrong number, he said some unintelligible words and i hung up. Block this number ! I can't believe they have our names and numbers! What the... how do you stop this ??

Guess he didn't realize it was the answering machine he was talking to. Sounded like Indian or something with a strong ethnic accent. Just random "words" then hung up. Why and how do they get our number?!?!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
