Called yesterday and again today... today he said he was calling from the State Medical Department regarding my medical compensation ... When I asked him what state, he said Georgia... I do not live in Georgia and the 767 area code is from Dominica....Wanted to know if I had surgery -- I think he said bladder surgery-- Got defensive when I accused him of phishing for my information, saying he did not ask for my personal info, but I told him my medical info was protected by HIPPASpeaks broken English, Very Loud in the background and hard to hear/understand, my own voice kept echoing back to me
Have received three calls from this number. Didn't answer the first two. Picked up the third - they said nothing. I blocked the number.

Middle Eastern guy called and said he was "John Smith" calling from the "United States Medical Department". Says he was calling about my medical compensation, but didn't know my full name, just my first name. Can BARELY speak English, so he's obviously NOT calling from any government agency. SCAM!!!
Got a call, when I answered no one was there. Could hear noise in background. Hung up and blocked the number from calling me again.
I just received a call from this number- when I answered some man with an extremely heavy accent started speaking. His accent was so thick I actually wasn't sure if he was speaking English. So I asked him "Are you speaking English?" "Yes- I'm speaking English." "Oh, okay- well, what did you want?" I asked. "F**k you," he said and hung up on me. Seriously? I'm hanging out in my yard putting ladybugs on my rosebush and this d*ckhead just calls me out of the blue and cusses me out? Infuriating!!!
I was asked personal medical questions and when I didn't play game with Them they hung up on me, I call that number number is not in existence

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
