The call came early in the morning. I didn't answer because the CID said Dont Answer and that scared me big time.

Here is some general information for everyone. Please remember this:A). When you apply or buy anything over the Internet make sure you read their privacy policy. As many companies sell their customers phone numbers, physical addresses, etc.. That is how you end up being called by these anonymous companies.B). I too hate telemarketers and have signed up on the Do Not Call List and while many companies follow the law many do not. They use Auto Dialers and check to see if a phone line is in actual service. When your machine, voicemail or you yourself or someone in your home answers, "They Got You" so, they may keep calling and all you can do is report them to the DNC List or FTC. Keep in mind that when filing such complaint that you ask yourself did I check the privacy policy and these folks are legitimately calling me?C). I recommend that you buy "The Zapper" for your phone. I have one and when a number I do not call calls me, I hit the button. It makes a tone as if the phone line is out of service and hence the computer/auto dialer/or telemarketer then think the number is no good and will not call you back. It works like a charm.D). Many phone companies offer "Call Intercept" this is where if you get a call from someone you never want to call you back, you can program it so that the number is blocked from ever reaching you.I received at 7:35 PM the same call as everyone else. The Number being 770-783-5969 The Text on Caller ID: DONT ANSWER I was taking a nap, so dd not hear the phone. They did leave a full 3 minute message of silence. Just my 2 cents...

loan varification

I just got a phone call from this number,telling me something about money in my bank account and to press "0" for the loan...then something about my bank account number!!!! (this was an aitomated number that i listened to on my voicemail) it was like utiing out and skipped a few words. after i deleted the message,my husband and i were wondering WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!?and i told him i was gonna google the number! WTF! F-ING CREEPS!

Called at 2000 MT for verification of a loan that no one at this residence has applied for.

Caller ID said Dont Answer, I didn't and there was no message left. I was tempted to call the number back, but thought better of it.

We actually missed the call and the CID stated 'DONT'T ANSWER' with the number 770-783-5969....when my husband tried to call it back it was busy..all evening long~Glad we missed it!

I did proceed with "Yes I have a bank account" and entered a bunch of random numbers, "we cannot verify your account number, Please go to our web site and contact us there" and it hung up. Ummmmm..... What web site? No web site was given at any time during this call.Typen the number in Dogpile.com and the first post came up here.It looks and smells like a SCAM to get your account number and money.
