a man called from 770-783-5969 with a thick accent, asked for me specifically and then tried to sell me some auto loan crap, i told him i wasn't interested and hung up on him. now my bank account is showing up with a hold charge of 72.71 under the description of 5969 A1 member. i can only think it is a connection with these low life's that called me. i never gave out any personal information though...has anyone else experienced this?

Called my cell phone on Saturday night around 9 pm. It was nothing but a recording that said to press 0 to confirm my loan approval. Never applied for a loan, and don't want them calling me back again!

log this in to do not call registry......file a complaint.. google on web and file it yesterday....

I received the same on my caller ID DONT ANSWER voice message was a prerecorded voice to say call themI thought this automatic dailers and using prerecorded messages was illegal

I've received multiple calls from this number in the past two weeks. I never answer and they never leave a message. From other posts its obvious they are calling to scam us out of our bank info so they can steal our money. My husband and I did apply for an auto loan at a local Chevrolet dealership about two weeks ago. Obviously either the the dealership or the bank the dealership dealt with sold our information to this company. The calls come to my work and cell phone as well as my husband's cell phone which are all registered with the DNC list. I'm not sure if we can file a complaint with the FTC about the calls since we did apply for an auto loan, even though we didn't apply to this ******* company for the loan.

The same thing happened to my husband-except it did not say dont answer-it said 770-783-5969 and it said the call was from georgia. he answered and it was regarding a loan out in his name and that the money will be wired to his accoubnt in 48 hours. Then it told him to go to a website-online loans and terms.com i think-he doesnt remember for sure--but what the hell does this creep really have our info?

I just received a call from this number as well, showed up as DONT ANSWER. Sound like a good idea to me so I didn't. However my answering machine did. It recorded back ground noise/voices. A male voice said "Hello" and few times and then elevator music before they hung up.

A man with Heavy accient called at 1:15pm on May 21 asking for my husband by name. I asked what it was in regards to and he stated "a car loan". I asked him to clarify and he again stated it was for a car loan. I informed him my husband was not available and the man hung up. I used *69 to get the number. We do not have caller ID on our home line.

Had a call from this number and was charged for not answering
