Hope House operated in several states, and there are off-shore versions as well. Many of this are legit, but I am suspicious of others, especially the off-shore ones. To some extent, they seem to operate like franchises. I hope that unscrupulous knock offs aren't hurting the legitimate groups as they support victims of domestic violence. We used to donate, but stopped after we got so many calls and emails.

Craig Luce at WSB TV ATl has done an extensive investigation of "Hope House" and "Inspire"....they are scams. The so-called president, whose name is Greg Kinnard, I think, has been investigated because his so-called charities aren't what they seem to be, and he run a advisement service to help people during the Great Recession to re-finance their homes and keep them out of foreclosure. Most went through foreclosure anyway, after paying him fees for his co-called help.To me this is nothing but a scam. I contribute to the Red Cross and Salvation Army. That's it.

WSBTV (Craig Lucie) did a report on "Hope House" and "Inspire" several years ago. Looks like it is time for him to do another one. They are scammers.....their "charity" is a hoax. You might want to let him know that you are being harrassed just like everyone else. When his story aired, things calmed down for awhile.
