I just got a call from this number and it says Unknown. I didn't answer but there was a message that stated I won a cruise. They did say "Press 8 to opt out of receiving calls."
Got a call on my business line informing me that I've won a free cruise, press 9 to accept. Yeah, right. If I won a free cruise then I've also just won the lottery.Smells like a phishing scam to me.

The "do not call" list is becoming somewhat of a joke. Lately, I have been receiving a lot of calls. I kept this one busy for about 5 minutes anyway.
I got the same call today and several days ago and several weeks ago and several months ago. I called AT&T and they tell me it was once a residential number with AT&T (BellSouth) but it was "disconnected" a couple of years ago. I believe it has been ported to another telephone company. And, I also believe AT&T can do something about this, or at the very least go to the Florida Attorney General's office to try to get this stopped. If you try to call the number, you get a recording that the number is out of service or disconnected, so someone has installed that number in their CALLER ID. Here's what I suggest: Flood AT&T with calls asking for them to get it stopped. When I called, four people prior to me had called. CALL: 888-757-6500. Complain, complain, complain.
I have the same problem with these ah's wish I knew where they where located so I could hunt them down. Had a similar problem with fax spammers in Florida.
I agree, the do not call list is becoming a joke. I have faithfully reported all of the telemarketing numbers I get to the national do not call list... But lately, I have been getting more calls than I ever had before. The do not call list needs to keep their commitment to the public, and make the telemarketers stop.Just got a call for the scam credit apr thing...AGAIN!
