No. It was an attempt to get you to authorize UNauthorized charges on any one of your bills. Pressing the number "8" is a "yes" to accepting the "cruise" but it's really a "yes" to charge to anyone of your bills. If you pay bills online or buy items online, I suggest you refrain for at least a month. These scammers somehow ended up with your personal information and all they need is a "yes" to take you to the cleaners.

Just phoned a few minutes ago - nobody said hello in the two seconds I give people to respond, so I hung up.

missed the call, but upon examination it appears that these freaks are at it again, about 6 months ago I kept getting these calls from "Heather" asking if I wanted to take advantage of a special offer yada yada about interest rates on my cards yada yada, everytime I tried to connect to a real person as soon as I asked something, I was hung up on, and if I tried to call back, the number was disconnected. after awhile they stopped calling, now it seems they're doing it again. don't give these a**holes any of your info, no matter what it is, if they're calling you, they should be the one answering questions.

I never got these calls when I had a landline, but they've been constant since porting my number to a cell phone...
