Got this call at 7:30pm. It was a message in Spanish, there was a cash register machine sound and then a voice that said "Congatulations, you just won $1000, press 1 to claim your price" so I hung up inmidiately. I'm in Elgin, IL.
I just got a call a few hours ago. I hate these auto dialers!! Can't wait for that federal do not call list thing to start penalizing these idiots!
I recived a called from 775-5620197 Feb/06 it was an spanish recording "you are the lucky winner of $500, to claim your prize stay on the line" I hung up, right away! How did they get my number??
It looks call list is international. I am in Vancouver Canada 604 area code, and have just received a call from that number.
Called me on my cell phone, the call started with some crazy noise that sounded like a subway car which was followed by a message in SPnish that I couldn't understand--certin it must be a scam especially based on the other messages.
