Same here: Spanish recording at 2:30pm PST, area code 707, 60 miles north of San Francisco. I have T-Mobile. Am on do-not-call list. Had previously received similar vacation calls from Ontario, Canada; sometimes daily for a week.

I work for a phone company and thought you should know this info. Never dial any numbers during a call like the one coming from this number. It is or may be a scam take over your line. For those of you who have already dialed 1 or added your number to be removed off their "LIST", check your phone records for any chargeable calls. DO not EVER give credit card info or any other personal information to any type of telemarketing companies. If you live in Canada I heard Telemarketers have started calling Cell phone numbers because the National Do Not Call List has been leaked. Cell phones do not need to be registered ont ht NDNC list as they are unlisted.
