I just received a call from this number as well. I didn't answer because i didn't know the number... I am in PA
T-Mobile cell phone started ringing, but stopped right away. I guess they disconnected on their end.

Just got the call but if I don't recognise the number I don't answer. They called my 206 cell number but my message just says: I never check this voicemail so leave a message if you want, no one will ever hear it! Very few people do. That's the trouble with the US cellphone system, recipient pays for the call as well as the caller. Double dipping. In Europe only the caller pays...much better idea.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
