Same number called me too. The caller was asking for $3500 in return for a scholarship from University of Calgary! I was insulted by this cheap scam and ended the call in the middle of the phone conversation.
Got call from same number from someone named Justin calling from Brooklyn Park University www.brooklynparkuniversity.com and that they will offer me a Masters degree without any classes and also do the attestation for the certificate. Earlier I had also received a call from Riverbanks University, again a FRAUDI dont know of any legal Master's degree which can be got on basis of work experience and without any classes
