Just got the call this afternoon. I tried the reverse look up and of course, nothing. Thought i would toss in the number on google and found these posts! No message. Hope it's the last time, especially after reading a these posts.

Also got a call to day. I missed it and it did not leave a msg. When I called back it says that it is disconnected. Obviously some sort of scam.

Same...got the call at4:54 - missed it - no message...called back "number not in service".....wtf?!?!

Repeated calls from this number - often missed and they leave no message. The one time I picked up it claims to be calling me as "a valued Costco member" and I then hang up.

Someone from this# phoned me today 780-947-8989! Im glad that I didn't pick up... does anyone know who is calling from this number?

Likewise, I'm not a member of costco. got through, said I qualified for free cruise. I asked for a call back number. They said it was on the web site. She said it so fast I couldn't hear it, then she immediately hung up. Sounded like Kahunna tours at a guess. I'll have telus block the number

This number called and when you answer it says "congratulations, valued air miles collector. You have just won 100,000 air miles reward miles. Press1 to accept." JUST HANG UP! I heard it's a scam!

Called me today at 4 pm to my calgary cell # and left no msg

I have just foung this 1-780-947-8989 on my cell, I missed this call. Try to google this number, and found all these report about this scam number.
