They called 3 times today. Never left a message.

tried to tell me they were a Computer Techand that i had a virus with my computer... told them...nope i don't have a computer with windows programing on it...

When I tried to do a reverse lookup on 800-123-4567 it said the number was not a valid number! Must be scammers for sure! I also got a call on my cell that just said "0". How the heck do you block that!

I am getting two and three calls each and every day from 800-123-4567. When I pick up I hear sound from the other end - and then nothing.They can't be selling anything, because nobody talks.I'm on the "do not call list" (which I have found is a joke).I have a very sick husband and we don't need these calls.Does anyone know who this is?

They called today. Indian accent other "telemarkers" could be heard in the background. He claimed he was from windows support and that my computer was sending error messages to windows. Based on the error codes my computer was "infected". Told him virus scan (I use Norton) showed no viruses. He tried to say it's not infested with virues it's heckers attaching/sending hidden files to trace and get information each time I'm on the internet.. Hmm last I knew spyware was considered a virus. He hung up when I refused to power up my computer.

I got a huge scare from this number yesterday. They were a few men with asian accents and insisting that my computer was about to crash. It was clearly infested with many viruses, malaware and I should not use it until I got it ceaned up. He put his supervisor on the phone and he told me the same thing. I kept asking from where they were calling...Delaware. I couldn;t get off the phone and so I shut down my computer and hung up.I felt violated from the phone call...it was 50 minutes on the phone and a terrifying experience.He said he was from PC Wizard and was the only one to repair my Windows operating system.

The calls we get at our home from this number are from some one with a thick East Indian accent telling us they are a spokes person for my windows operating system and that are computer is down loading virises. When I asked how they know they hang up but today the lady said that " We are part of the Apple Company and we monator our operating systems" So I told her not to call me that if my computer get messed up I'll buy a new one and that it seems that the only thing wrong with my computer now is that I don't even own one. I just use my son's computer. Got to love that they make it so easy to spot that fakers.

Received call this evening east Indian sounding claimed name was Jacob from Microsoft to inquire about errors from my computer---(yeah right) obviously a scammer looking to get IP address or access to hard drive
