I have received 2 calls from this number and when I call back it says "Bell Segregation Services". They do not leave a message.

They keep calling and bothering me and my wife, they make claims like i will lose my drive license and such. When i ask what are you calling about they are never clear, what can we do?

He wanted to tell me I had an accident, I thought it was a joke from a friend who wanted to call me though and I didn't understand a word-plus since I am not a native speaker and exceptionally bad at phone calls he hung up on me:DHe said his name was Huy Lee...

I received a message to call this number, 800-282-6882, that it was not a sales or solicitation. I called and spoke to Pam. She asked for my phone number and verified my name then told me that I had a collection against me for over a thousand dollars by State Farm Insurance, that I was an unisured motorist involved in an accident in October and they were calling to let me know that they were begining proceedings with the state to have my drivers license revoked. I was floored! I am totally insured, State Farms' claim was denied by my insurance and this was the first I had heard about owing anyone. I told Pam that I was not uninsured, that I knew nothing of a bill and that she wasn't going to collect anything from me. She responded by saying "Don't you tell me what I can do, I will tell you what I can do". I hung up the phone.

I received a call from this # stating that they represented State Farm Insurance and a woman claims that I hit her car in a parking lot and never paid her. As far as I know my insurance paid her and I believe this is phony. I have never been without insurance. I did hit a car in a parking lot in 2007 but have never heard anything since then and we turned it over to our insurance.

These folks are scammers dont say anything to them.

BELL SUBROGATION SERVICES IS A BADLY RUN ORGANIZATION - THEY SAY THEY WORK FOR STATE FARM INSURANCE BUT WHAT THEY REALLY DO IS GO ON FISHING EXPEDITIONS TO SEE IF THEY CAN COLLECT FROM INNOCENT CONSUMERS. THEY CALLED ME ABOUT AN APARTMENT FIRE IN A RESIDENCE I HAD MOVED OUT OF FOUR YEARS EARLIER TO THE DATE OF THEIR CLAIM. I'M NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF MONKEYS THEY HAVE WORKING THERE BUT THEY NEED TO DO THE JOB THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE PAYING THEM TO DO AND GET THEIR FACTS STRAIGHT. THEY WANTED ME TO PROVIDE PROOF I MOVED OUT OF THE RESIDENCE FOUR YEARS EARLIER - WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME IF YOU HAVE NO PROOF I LIVED IN THE APARTMENT IN THE YEAR OF THE CLAIM. THIS COMPANY ENGAGES IN THE WORST KIND OF HARASSING AND ILLEGAL DEBT COLLECTIONS. THEY CALL FROM THREE DIFFERENT NUMBERS, AND THEIR SUPERVISOR AND AGENT HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I REFUSED TO PROVIDE THEM WITH MY PRIVATE DOCUMENTS.

so i receive a letter in the mail saying that they are collecting the loss of their client (another collections agency) "Helmsman Managment Service. Same thing here, we have 30 days to respond to this letter or we lose our license, etc. they want us to pay $4684.42 by mail. HA! yeah good luck with that...when they call the only thing i say is, you have the wrong number.

Similar to all of you, I've been getting calls from these people for years and they will not stop calling. They keep asking for the same person (who i am NOT). I get hung up on whenever the following happens:- I ask who they are- I ask why they're calling- I ask the name of their company or how they got my number- I ask them why they are not adhering to the DNC list (which I placed my name on years ago).They have raised their voice to me, hung up on me, threatened me, and like the man above, said "Dont tell me what I can and can't do--I'll tell you what I'm going to do!!!!" When I ask any of the above questions, they say something like "DON'T YOU F-ing YELL AT ME, I WILL NOT DEAL WITH SOMEONE LIKE YOU!!!!!!!!"These ppl are scammers and are trying to get info out of you. When they ask for your number, DO NOT give it to them. I told them they'd been calling me for 3 years and they retorted with "Well why has it taken you 3 years to get back to me then!?"

Am receiving the same calls for the same kind of situation. What became of this?
