Call center in some shitwhole country spoofing and impersonating ATT. Probably scamming people so that they can continue funding terrorist. NSA CIA AND FBI should investigate and bring them to justice. Send in the drone!

Just got a call from this number 800.288.2020. No message left, if it's ATT I'm blocking the number because I don't use ATT or their products.

Actually this IS a legit number but I have serious doubts that this is a legit call. It is AT&Ts customer service number but I don't think they would use that number to get in touch with a customer but it would be very easy for a scammer to get this number and feel an AT&T customer would recognize it and believe it be trustworthy. Also, I would think the CID would say "AT&T" centered in the middle of the screen and not ATT on the far left of the screen. Maybe, maybe not.

Used to get this number calling all the time. Blocked it. Since it's been over a year, I deleted it from block list. Got a call from them today. Started out by saying: "This is a pre-recorded marketing call from AT&T". I hung up at that time. Re-blocked. I think it's a real number also a ghosted scam number. Either way, a nuisance PITA.

Called in the late afternoon. Caller ID listed "AT&T." Left no message. . . . We have no phone or TV service with AT&T, so why would they phone? Wouldn't be surprised if it is a spoofed number.

I received a call today from a caller identifying themselves as an AT & T Employee and he wanted to inform me that my service was going to be interrupted for 2 hours this evening and because of that I would be credited $20.00 in my next billing cycle. He knew my name and wanted the last 4 digits of my Social Security Number. I called AT & T and I was told that this is a Scam.
