Called at noon on 3/14/18. Hung up when I answered. Caller ID showed A T & T. Have no relationship with A T T.
Keep getting calls from this number - guess it is AT&T but they never leave a message so I am suspicious. They keep harassing me to increase my service - pay more - I pay too much already and have told them I don't want cable. They keep calling and sending me letters calling for me to buy more services, pay more. I don't like this company but there is little competition.
Did not answer and they left no message . I read these posts and I don’t have AT&T so don’t know why I would get a call.
Your phone number is likely associated with someone else's U-verse account. If so, then you will continue to receive notifications intended for that account. If they eventually don't pay their bill the credit collectors will be calling you. Removing your phone number from that U-verse account is not easy. I recommend calling U-verse at 888-910-9929 and/or emailing attcustomercare@att.com and explain the text message you received and that you would like your phone number removed from the other account.
I think this is a scammer spoofing. There was no reason for ATT to call me and they did not leave a message on my v.m.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
