Called my office number. I answered "hello" and the person on the other end said "sorry, I must have the wrong number" and immediately hung up.
Wachivia Dealer Services - I have a car loan through them and they are WORSE in customer service. The operators are rude and nasty especially if you are a little behind in a pymt. They charge ERRONEOS fees. If you need to finance a car STAY CLEAR OF THEM. Thank God I have only one pymt left. I can't wait to tell the to go [***] THEMSELVES when I submit my last payment next month.
1-800-289-8004, kevin from wachovia made a very rude call to me today, cursed, told me that my request for change of my due date was not received. we faxed it twice with verification of receipt both times. this man is rude, disrespectful, pushy and downright ignorant. i have NEVER been talked to that way. our account is up to date, just a change of due date.
I've gotten two calls on my cell recently from this number a couple of weeks apart. Each time a woman asked for "Johnny". I told her each time there was no one by that name at this number, nor had there ever been. She said "thanks" and hung up. If it does happen again, I will report the incident to BBB, and to my cell phone carrier and attempt to block the number from coming through.
Somebody named "Shauna" called me from this number and actually left a message for me to call them back at a particular extension----so I did. The call went to voice mail, and I left a message. Yes it was some Wachovia service. I have no business dealings with this company (I thought they went bankrupt); I left Shauna a message stating that I would like to know what they were calling me for since I have had not dealings with their company.
just bought a certified used car from a jeep dealership and got financing through Wachovia Financial Services, i've been receiving calls from this number for about a week now but I never answer and they don't leave any voice mails. If it were important wouldn't they leave a voicemail to tell why they are calling? instead of calling everyday?
I bought a car and I financed thorugh Wachovia. This is a welcome call that they give. I called customer service and told them that a phone call from "800 Service" asking for my SSN was not a very smart or seemingly safe thing. She agreed. The rep was able to get the department to stop calling me. This number was listed on my account statement so it is legitimate (you're not calling some dude living in his mom's basement). Just keep pressing zero to talk to a live person and they'll take care of the calls.
I bought a car in Arizona in 2003 and have been dealing with that company since. They were WFS financial now they are Wachovia Dealer Services. They financed my car loan so them calling me is legit. Maybe the solicit to refinance other loans I am not sure. But the company is legit.
I saw the call come up on caller I. D., but they didn't leave a message. I called back and it was Wachovia Dealer Services. It was a "Welcome" call as I had just purchased my father a new car for a retirement gift and the dealership financed it through Wachovia. Actually, I was GLAD that I called back as they had my parents address on record for making the payments and not mine. They fixed the glitch and are sending me a new welcome packet.
