called multiple times today. We just hang up.

I would have picked up the phone if it said "Dell Corporation" but it said "TOLL FREE CALL"

This is a legit call from Dell's Sales Support Team for small/medium businesses. Their phone number is listed on the Sales Support page on Dell's website.

Caller asks for "Chris" I ask which one and he gives me a last name. I ask who is calling and he tells me "Michael" so I ask where he i calling from, no answer, I repeat my question and he replies "Dell", then I ask whet this is regarding, long pause.... I repeat my question and them am greeted by dead Air.Effing ridiculous that these people can still continue to call and harass and waste my time.

This number calls my business phone several times a day. Never anyone on the line. THIS IS NOT DELL. Dell would never ask you random questions about your warehouse or what your social security number is. 100% sure this is a fraudster. Just hang up on them, I'll report it up the chain.

I have received 4 calls just this morning from an Unknown caller ID. I answered the first and they said they were calling from Dell because they had "warnings" on my computer. I told them no issue and asked for Supervisor and they hung up. I just received a call from the 3355 and he says he is "James" and he worked on my computer the last time and they were showing issues with my computer. Told him no issues and did not believe with Dell and he hung up.

This is a Dell number that unfortunately doesn't say "Dell". I do business with them and have brought this up many times. That said, I think a lot of the calls are from scammers who've entered that number in their autodialers. Dell wouldn't call outside of business hours, and they never ask some of those questions.

The number belongs to the Dell Customer Care Department.
