Unfortunately they legally have the right to call if you have done service with them for 18 months after you cancelled your service. Maybe get an attorney to write a cease and desist letter
800-531-5000 is the correct number for DirecTV service but the caller ID is Unavailable. DirecTV does not block Caller ID and it would have said ATT or Directv. The promotion offered was 50% savings. ATT confirmed that they do not have this package offered and the best discount is 30%. I asked for the caller to send an e-mail to explain the promotion as well as a text message. I am still waiting for them. I think they have spoofed the phone number and DirectTV/ATT is getting the blame.
Called 7 times today between 8:30a- 1200p..robo.doesn't catch it...we have direct TV ..I failed it back it said AT&T...I hate these taticts
DirectTV - I'm not a customer and never have been, so this one's a clear violation of the DoNotCall list.
It’s a direct tv number but it’s a hack and they are stealing info. They cussed me and said they will never stop calling. I’m at about 35 calls so far this hour
