This is a scam company that is spoofing the customer service inbound number for DirecTV.Block them. DirecTV will email you for deals.

They call claiming they are direct tv

Directv still calling after I called and emailed to tell them to CEASE all calls. They have not left us alone since the day we cancelled the service. Even tried to offer me $200 to stay with them. NO means NO

Got a very rude call from this number. Wanted my A.T. & T info and he knew my address. Told him not to call again. Got a hangup call, and then the third call when I said hello, what sounded like a computer voice said goodbye.

They keep calling and we don't answer. They leave a message that's blank. If it is Direct TV, we don't have it and don't want it.

Automated call promoting add-ons to DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket package. The bot knew I was a subscriber. The call remained connected for more than a minute even after I hung up (what if I had an emergency?). 1-800-531-5000 was on the caller ID and was mentioned in the recording. I called back, went through voice-menu hell (do not call isn't on their list), and reached an extremely inarticulate CS rep who insinuated I'd been called by a "fraudulent source." This is beneath even Comcast. My opinion of DirecTV could not be worse. I'd cancel, but they have a monopoly at my apartment.

This number has called in the past many times. Thought it had stopped, but apparently not. Today they called. All I could hear was someone say something off in the distance, as though they were in a warehouse or something. The call was disconnected after I said hello twice. I'm tired of getting scam calls and non productive calls. My husband gets them, too. I don't know how to block calls. I finally decided to start putting them in contacts, marked them scam and give the caller an ear full of pie tin as I bang the phone.

and yet they are still calling....

Right, then they'll just send it to a collection agency. Real smart. Stick it to 'em.
