They kept calling and calling me after I got a new number, and one phone call back to them saying that they have the wrong person and they finally stopped. Polite and nice, asked are you this and that person, and then "Ok, we'll take you off the list.".

Okay, two weeks or so later they are still calling me, and this time when I called them they were rude as hell. What they are doing cannot be legal, I have never talked to anyone as rude as the woman on the line (who hardly could speak english btw).

called multiple times. never answered because i didn't recognize the number or understand the message. finally called back and if you quiz them on who they are and what they are collecting for they bail.

These people have made several calls. When I answer, no one replies. If I call them back I get nothing but a recording to leave a message.

These ***s@s call and never leave a message even on Sundays.Wish they would stop or be stopped.

just got a call from 1-800-613-1545 with a caller id showing:rcv mgmt svcs They claim they are a collection agancy for explorer international.

received call concerning unpaid invoice of 98.45, this is the second request first call was for another amount owed from sept '08

800-613-1545 is the toll-free number for RMS. We are a collection agency. We are calling you on behalf of a debt. Please return our calls so we may discuss the account information. If we have a wrong number it can only be removed by verifying the phone number dialed.

These people are running a scam and even though our government is worthless and can't prosecute these folks, they are truly annoying. This random harrassment of people is ridiculous. They make it sound like the people they are call owe them money, and "you must call us back right away with this reference number to take care of this matter." It is all [***] and I've sent the tape recording of their call to my Congressman and asked her to contact the attorney general's office to bring these [***] down. Probably they won't do anything.
