I got a phone call from this company RCV Mgmt Svcs tonight at 8:06 pm 12/6/11, on my home phone asking for my brother (who hasn't lived with me since coming home from Kansas in 2007). I asked this "Carmen" how they got my phone number which is private and unlisted and she states that I was listed as a reference. So I told her that my number was unlisted and private and my own brother doesn't know my home number! I told they were in violation of the FDCPA, FCRA, and the TCPA and to not call me again. I then spoke to my brother about what this "Carmen" told me and he said that was pure BS, he didn't even finish the application and no where did it even ask for a reference. I called back and spoke to an "Erica" and once I started telling her that the information "Carmen" told me was untrue and I wanted to know what Snooping agents they were using to get my unlisted number, this lady actually tried to play the "Hello? Sir....Hello?" game! I was on the same phone as they called me on not five minutes before, and the with "Carmen" on how is it a bad connection? I called right back and spoke to an "Elizabeth" and told her about the game and I was not happy, and demanded how they recieved my phone number, she then said, "I cannot provide any information on a number that doesn't exist in my system.." Really? then how in the heck did I just get your number? Did I just imagine it? NO! Their information showed up on my caller ID, and my Time Warner Caller ID too, date, time also. Made a recording of it on my phone also of the info on my cable Caller ID. My brother did not and could not get any information from them as to how they got my phone number, and would not even discuss the complaint with him either! We are going to file a lawsuit against them in the US Distric Court where we live, and put an end to the illegal practices of this company once and for all! He is filing a complaint with the FTC also, and asking them to file a lawsuit against them as well. This kind of stuff will no longer happen to me or anyone in my family again, I have PTSD from the war in Iraq and this company has made me so angry and has aggrivated my symptoms to the point that I am stressed beyond all reason. I've had it with companies like this! They are a joke.

They collect for waste management

They call my numbers. I a, not the person they are looking for. They told me it does not amtter this 904-383-8594 would be called night and day anyway.

I to received a call stating I owed on a outstanding bill if they only knew I have no debt all my debt is in my husband name not mine.

These bottom feeders buy the Debt for 10 cents on the dollar.. if that. Then they take the attitude that YOU or Me now owe them money, and pack an attitude. There are reasons some accounts go unpaid and they don't give a Sh It. Try double billing over a period of time... that is my reason. Request for termination of service that never gets closed. That is my reason. Originators of the account in question get off with this and get money on fraud type billing ...at a discounted rate.Get a good phone with the ability to block or silence the call .... that's what I did. Play their game in reverse.Good Luck All. Keep up the fight!

They had called me saying it was from INS, that I should call them back with reference #I'm positive INS never calls no body, if they call me one more time, I'll report them to the police.
