I got a call from them... they told me that I had a outstanding bill with bank of america. HA! to bad I have never had a bank of america account.

They call my cell phone 10 times a day but there is never anyone on the other line. My cell is on the national do not call list. I finally called the number and they say I owe them $140 but they will stop calling me for $70. I suggested they stop calling me or I will contact the police.

Received a very similar call phone number was blocked on caller ID, something about owing for Employee disability (I haven't had employees for 10 years), same thing about sending a letter, the caller got very argumentative when I pushed back. Told them to mail info to an address they had - this won't happen it turns into a federal crime. BTW they call my home number asking for the business (very old information) called everyday for like 2 weeks and left vague messages about the letter.

They have called me several times for a debt they say I had from One Stop Camera. I have never purchased anything from this place. My attorney has sent and faxed them a letter which should have stopped the calls. They didn't. I have given them my attorney's name and phone # twice now. My attorney said if they call and leave a message, do not call them back. If they call and I answer I am to tell them to contact my attorney and I will not speak with them. I may be filing a complaint if they do not stop calling!
