Great job. Wish I would have kept him on the phone longer! He was asking me what I would do with the information I was asking him for...Supervisor, return phone call, his name...he hung up on me when I indicated he would be turned into the government. I think next time I might find the number for waste, fraud, and abuse and transfer him to that number!
Called twice yesterday and twice today, plus mom called at 8:45. Told him I did not have a computer anymire. Indian accent.
