DEFINITELY NOT Microsoft! Scam - or worse yet - Hackers. They call me constantly (on my cell phone yet). Very foreign sounding man - and at that you have to wait for the robo call to tell him to answer! They want control of your computer. Easiest way to hack. Even lazy scam artists. :)

Have received two calls this week from this number. Says Microsoft but they hang up without leaving a message. I have not used their tech service.

called me. Claimed to be from Microsoft. The woman was actually polite, calling from a huge noisy room. Sounded like she was from Jamaica or nearby.spoofed caller ID info

a third call from this number. curious I answered. foreign voice wanted to remotely access my computerhe was very demanding. when I refused, he hung up. Definitely was not Microsoft but someone disguising their id

Received a call they asked for me by name. I asked who he was he gave me some name and continued to talk said I had a Windows problem with my computer and if I was at my computer. I asked again who he was he said his name again and that he was with Microsoft, I told him he was not and he started talking very vulgar sexually before I could hangup. I felt totally violated. I can understand the phone number part but my name?

A stuttering middle eastern man just called me from this number. He asked for me by name and identified himself as tech service from Microsoft. My husband was asking me who was on the phone (due to my perplexed look as to why Microsoft would be calling me) and I told him "Microsoft." The man from the 800 number is all "ma'am what question do you have for me?" and I told him I was waiting to hear why he was calling me.He said again he was from Microsoft and was calling because there were several virus and warning messages popping up on my computer. I told him how that was funny because I was looking at my computer and I was hanging up and calling Microsoft to verify. He then told me that he could gladly assure me that Microsoft would never call anyone for anything. I asked why he called me if he was from Microsoft. HE hung up. Lol

Same here - I have no calls in ti Microsoft.

I had a hard time hearing and understanding this man. Then he said he was my "boyfriend". Kind of scary.
