Correct. This is the number for Sears Mastercard for sure.

I received seVeral 1-800 numbers one minute after the next n they all claim to be different banks. now how likely is that where you get several calls from different banks one after the other when the call is ignored. I never picked up the Phone but did a reverse look up after. This wad was of the numbers.

i called this number because it was given to me from a sears automated system "reason code 25" then this number why is it i try calling today to confirm the information I gave was to a actual sears company Sears has no record of the call or any information i was told. You can not re-activate a card from a closed account is what sears tells me. the person at this number said it was active and gave me balances??? I would like to know what gives????

Person kept calling. Wanting all my personal information. I refused to provide information. They kept calling back. I told them to stop calling. I will be calling sears.

This is a phishing/scam call, claiming to be from Citi Bank for Sears, wanting you to get your account numbers. I work for Sears, and NO bank ever calls asking for your information. If you need to call the bank, the REAL number is listed on your statement as well as the back of the card. My Sears cards are current, so I hung up. When I called the number back, it disconnected, because it is a phishing/scam number.

Cardmember services phishing scheme. Asked the operator to kill himself; he responded by threatening to shoot me and my wife and then threatened to shoot me in the face. Operator then cursed at me several times and hung up.Very unprofessional.
