Apparently you have not read the previous posts carefully. Most people have received calls from OCWEN and they ARE NOT customers. Before you start blathering on about how this is "perfectly legal", I suggest you take a course in Reading Comprehension.

I've asked them not to call me 10 -15 times a day...they continued after I repeatedly asked them to stop calling. I finally got out my trusty WHISTLE...and guess what...I used it once and now I only get about one call every two weeks.

I've never owned a home nor held a mortgage. I suggested they move forward with their foreclosure threat/effort on my apartment. Circus clowns are not as amusing.

These calls are from OCWEN sales people - cant speak fluent English cuz they're in India or Paraguay (read someone else's research). They call to the point of harassment - stopped calls for a few weeks just by hitting talk button on phone and leaving on countertop until THEY got frustrated and hung up!They bought our loan and it's been constant harassment ever since. Wish federal laws could stop outsourcing and sales calls from lenders!!

This is a Mortgage servicing company and yes they are head quartered in India, my loan just got sold to them to service from Chase, they "Chase" is not much better than the list of problems noted above. Their US head quarters are in Chicago. So I just send my payment in, and hope the H they credit the right account.HLR

When I answered the phone, there was a woman on the line who could barely speak English. She asked for my husband. When I realized who it was, I was outraged. These people somehow got ahold of our check routing number. They made an unauthorized purchase in my husband's name to our bank--who had cut a check. When we discovered what they'd done, we contacted our bank and changed our bank account numbers. The check had my husband's name, but a different address in Washington state.

We keep getting calls from this number and also other numbers 3-4-461-1167, 888-251-6026, & "0.They call repeatedly even after being asked not to call anymore. Just enrolled in the National Do Not Call registery. They need to be stopped somehow.

Ocwen Loan. They call and keep asking if we plan on paying our next mortgage payment and by the first of the following month. Ugh, leave us alone. We haven't missed a payment yet.

Every day Monday through Saturday, I get a phone call on my business FAX line at appx 9:15 am. After the first couple days, I began answering it because I didn't know who was calling and not sending me a fax. Wanted to let them know they must have a wrong number because I have only had this fax number about a month, now. Every time it is the same foreign accent, sounds middle eastern, asking for someone named Jocelyn, Jackie or Josie. I have told them repeatedly and as nicely as I can that they have the wrong number, don't know who they are looking for, it's not me, and to please remove my business fax number from their call list. Each time they say they are sorry and will remove my number today. So far it hasn't happened. A MONTH I have been telling them this. Very annoying. Isn't this harassment if you tell them to stop calling and they continue to call you?

I have started my own "DO NOT CALL list...when the phone # appear I check my list and delete the call...
