My mother put her house in my name with ocwen. I do not know how she did it but I had to file bankruptcy because of it and ocwen is still coming after me even after I told them I filed bankruptcy. Lawyers have called and told them not to call anymore and still they say I owe thousands. Don't give them any info or they will take you for everything in ur bank account and mess with your credit.

Did Not Answer. ID said Ocwen Financial Hang up - and then again with a lot of static. Did not owe anyone. Have had this number for years and seem the person/persons whoi had this number owed every one on the planet. Stop calling here.

I'm a 20 year old college student who still lives at home. I don't have a mortgage. They keep calling me about my mortgage. I've tried telling them that I'mA student with no mortgage, they don't listen. Last time I answered the call in Spanish, haven't heard from them since.

I am also going thru a deed in lieu. This has now been a 2 year process in which I have had to resubmit the application 4 times because of their unprofessional methods. In one instance they cancelled the process because they contended I had not submitted a document proving a disability that I do not have. In another instance, they contended that there was a lien on the mortgage that their own attorneys verified did not exist 2 months prior. I finally contacted the Ombudsman. I now deal with just one person. The mismanagement still exists - I haven't sent back a document that they have not sent me yet - but at least I do not hear from a person who is responding to a computer generated dial.I do agree; if given a choice, I would choose not to do business with OCWEN

It may give some of you pleasure to hear that OCWEN has been calling me. I don’t answer, but came to this site to find out who has been calling me. My brother had a home loan with OCWEN and he passed away a little over a year ago. He was young and really had no assets, so no estate was established for him. I’m sure OCWEN is calling anyone they can to harass them about the home that is undoubtedly now in foreclosure.

If you are having a problem with OCWEN, whether they are wrongfully calling your phone number or wrongfully putting you in collections, ask the OCWEN caller for their LEGAL Department phone number and full address. Write them a notice of intent to file a restraining order and explain why. Document all the calls you received and see if you can record these calls as well.OCWEN bought out my elderly mother's subprime mortgage and line of credit from GMAC. She stopped paying and will be living with one of my brothers. She stopped paying in January 2015 and it is now August. We got a subpoena for her from OCWEN. Being sued for the balanced owed... BUT, the idiotic filing says her property line was incorrect. So they are suing everyone from the Title company to my mother. She is filing for bankruptcy. The home is a tear down. It cannot be updated for habitation. Needs new septic, new electrical, new plumbing, new windows, new siding all on 1/4 acre. Plus $14,000 in a new asphalt street assessment put in (former dirt road) and property taxes which they now must pay. She got in the 2008 subprime mortgage mess. Refinanced and got line of credit for a ton of money. All gone now. OCWEN can go F themselves. I can't wait until they see how big of a loss they got coming. OCWEN refused to apply a payment I made on her home a couple years ago. Kept sending them certified bank copies of the cancelled check. OCWEN is one of the dirtiest mortgage companies out there today. I suggest filing a lawsuit to prove they own your mortgage. These get resold all the time. Her mortgage was resold 4 times in six years. You'd be surprised at how many people are indefinitely delaying foreclosure/eviction because the mortgage holder cannot prove they actually own the mortgage!

They keep calling my minor child on her new cell phone number. My husband and I don't have a mortgage. It's very strange.

Received a call from 800-746-2936 they did not leave a message this time. Previously they called and left a message but when I called back I was unable to get a live person. This phone number is one that OCWEN uses. I do not have a loan with them but I was helping my employers with their loan. Very frustrating company to deal with. Started a refi back at the end of May 2015 and they have constantly contacted my employer to say that the information was stale dated (180 days) when it hasn't even been 150 days yet. They started the "stale date" within a month. Again very frustrating.

I picked up the line when it rang before checking the caller id.A lady w/ a foreign accent said she was calling from Ocwen. She never asked for my name. She then asked me to verify the last four digits of my SS#. Again, she doesn't know if I'm the account holder (I am) or someone else. I said I wanted to know what this call was about and she said she can't do that w/o the last four of my SS#. She said I can call them back at this number. I said that was unlikely as she can't tell me what she wanted.
