Never left message after multiple calls so I blocked them. still call but one ring and they are disconnected.How to get back at them? call the local better business bureau in their city and file a complaint. if they do not respond, they are flagged by the BBB. pretty soon the companies they work for will see their rating and stop using them.

IF this is really penn credit in Harrisburg PA their contact number on their web site is 800 800 3378. call them back at this number and complain their every time you get a call from them. they will finally decide that they are tired of hearing from you and take your number off their auto dialer.

how a guy i heard about handled these type of people. he knew who they were and explained to they repeatedly they were calling the wrong number. they would not stop. he looked on their web site and found who their senior people were. he started collecting subscription cards from magazines and sending them in with these people names on them.he also did a search and found these same people's addresses in the local area of the company, he started sending more subscriptions to their houses. the numbers of subscriptions were in the hundreds. he finally send them all a letter and told exactly why he did this - their crappy business practices and that he was going to continue to do this if their phone calls did not stop. of course he did not tell him who he was.finally the calls stopped. was it because of what he did or just coincidence, he did not know.i am not saying to do this - just repeating a story i heard

Harassment goes both ways. Is it not harassment when you fail to pay for something you owe? Tell your mom to pay her obligations. Being elderly does not exclude a person from their obligations.

These SCUM called our phone number for two (2) years straight. We have no outstanding debts. They have called before 8am CT and after 9pm CT. They never leave a message. Then they stopped calling for almost five (5) months. Now, at almost 9pm CT last night they called again. In the very beginning, I asked them to put in writing to whatever address they showed. I gave them absolutely no information..no name..no address. They kept calling so I notified the Attorney General offices of my state and their's. They continue to harass a ton of people. Of course, I blocked their phone number after their first two (2) calls and their refusal to document anything to me in writing. Everyone needs to contact their state's AG and also, Pennsylvania's.

People, use caller ID and never answer any calls you do not know then block when possible.

They've called my private home number on the national DNC list and never leave a message.

Their spiels are getting dumber. This morning they called before 9 AM with a recorded message that said if I was the person to press 1 for a message. If I wasn't the person, to press 2 to hear the message. No names of who they were calling so I only pressed the disconnect button. I know we do not owe them anything because our debts have never gone to collections.

Call incessantly. Scam number.
