We have only had our phone number for a month and this computer-generated call comes through about twice a day.

Got a call at 9:26 AM with an automated message on my voicemail telling me to call about "important personal business." Ha ha, if you can't tell me I'm not calling you. Feels like a scam.

I have to disagree with your comment stating the collection agency wouldn't be calling unless the person they are trying to contact gave you the number. I've had a collection agency (not this one) call my ex-husband who I've been divorced from for over 20yrs insisting I lived there. Not only did I not give them that number, but he had only been living in that state for a couple of years.

Just called and said "important personal business" and left number. However, caller ID shows blocked number. If number was legite, they would not have to block their number only to give it to you on the answering machine. Idiots!! 1-800-900-1380

PENN CREDIT go away already! They are harassing me about a bill that was paid directly to the City water department months ago. They are SO rude. When I asked If I could speak to a manager he said he was it and there is no one else to talk to. They keep reporting this to my credit bureau, and every time I dispute it the bureau deletes it. I don't know what to do to make them go away.

Although the no. shown is what I've entered below, the msg says to call them back at 800-900-1380, which is some collection agency in Pennsylvania. Seeing that they don't ask for a specific name or even have a person doing this, the hell with them.

I have had several calls from 1-800-900-1380 and each time it comes up on the caller ID as unavailable.I answered the call once from them and all I got was an automated message saying I needed to call the number above immediately. They never once said who they were or who it was they wanted to talk to. I will not return a call to someone like that, for all I know they could be scammers. I see from above that people think it might be a collection agency. If thats so why wont they at least say who they are calling?
