you are 100% correct. they are scammers making it look they are calling from a number that is different from the actual number they are calling from. they figure people will have the t-mobile support number saved as a safe caller and will pick up.
After reading all this I returned the call. T-Mobile special plan. Unlimited - not a better deal for me...
FS, don't be such an idiot yourself. This number has been used for telemarketing and spoofed in phishing attempts.
I just want to say thanks for the helpful info. I missed the call, but now I'm convinced that it was T-Mobile trying to sell me their "loyalty plan", which I already knew about. I won't worry about returning the call.
This number was used in a phishing attempt. Claimed to need more info to be able to port my number. I made no such request. Call back number was not this, but another. Beware.

I have lost 4 phones about to be six and an expensive a as desktop ruined its in the dumpster now cuz I refuse to pay more hard earned money. Ive had an unknown user sharing my number . lol I aound crazy but I'm not that [***] real and they can access everything so be careful online dont click any links thru texts all I'm saying ....but ive had this phones a month they look at me like I'm nuts
Not blaming t mobile .but one guy that actually cared when I went up there said looks like ur sharing a phone he gave me the name to that very name has popped up repeatedly ...the told me to hard reset they would leave instructions no they text me. Said they would pass the info along
Yep I agree its more then that its invasion or privacy simple as that I was told to call the police repeatedly I'm not resetting [***] either i have proof when someone messed up I ended up trolling his settings on my phone and somehow ended up in a chat room taking screenshots while being whatched thru my television due to a certain cable company
