ge money bank representative was very rude.and no one calls us on a sunday concerning bills.

This number keeps calling and calling. I answer and no one is there. They don't leave a message. I'm really tired of it and wish I could block the number.

called and said they were looking for patrick...There isn't any patrick here and i told them you called yesterday, and I said the same thing.I asked them not to call again and today they have already called 3 times.I have verizon iobi which allows me to forward annoying calls like this to a dedicated number, which is the movie hotline. The best part of that is I dont hear the phone ring.

This is a scam, as the two times we answered the phone they spoke Spanish (not that there is anything wrong with that) but this type of scam has been going on for a few years, they will not stop calling unless you can get your phone company to block the number. I will not answer the phone, as this could be the scam that charges your phone company $1,000 per minute. Watch out!!!!!!1

Yea it's really annoying. Especially when I'm fully asleep and it wakes me up. Anyone find out any kind of way to make them stop calling?

They call us 2-6 times a day. It's annoying. I am currently a stay at home mom so I hear every call. I'm starting to ignore the phone. What's the point of having a phone line? After a few weeks with the calls coming more and more, I finally called them. The lady was very rude to me. She told me that my phone number must be new because in the computer it says that my home number is listed as a cell phone number, so some other person has this number. She said there is a glitch in the computer system and there is nothing she can do about it, though she was able to put a block on my number for the rest of the night. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said the manager couldn't do anything about it either. I asked to talk to a tech support person, but she said there isn't one. There's got to a be a way to take my number out of their computer system. When I told her that, she hung up on me. So I called back, but I must have gotten the same rude lady because all said was, "I have a problem that I hope you can help me with" and she hung up again. I am surprised to find out that this is a legitimate company... and how is what they do legal?I couldn't take "there is nothing we can do about it" as an answer. So I called my phone company. We've had our phone number for over a year. What GE Money said was bunk. You do not need to change your phone number because another person already uses it as a cell phone number. My phone company's rep. told me to call the Annoyance Call Bureau #1-800-348-8727. If they get enough complaints about this number, they will have police officers making a personal visit to their facility. Everyone call this number and maybe they will stop calling us.

This number calls 4 to 5 times a day. I finally spoke to someone to tell them they had the wrong number but they don't listen and they continue to call. They too asked for my social security number before I knew who they were calling for. I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

I have received countless phone calls and messages from the GE MOney company as well, for six months now...telling me I am delinquent for not paying $21.00 to American Eagle, which is NOT TRUE. I'm losing my patience and would really appreciate it if they STOPPED CALLING.

This company called me last night about a past due credit card bill I had with Banana Republic. I told him that i had closed that accout last year and at the time I closed the account I had a zero balance. He said he would take care of that. Then they called this morning and this time he was representing Lens Crafters. That bill had also been taken care of months ago. What is going on with this company? And more importantly what can be done to stop people like this???

I received many calls on my caller ID from this number. I decided to call them back to find out who they were. The first message identified them as Credit Services. The message also said the call would be recorded for Quality purposes, and it was an attempt to collect a debt. The second time I called them back, a man with an Indian sounding accent asked me for my name and account number. I responded that I did not know who they were and asked him to identify who this was. He hung up. I'll wait to see if they call back. The other posts say this number is bogus and I agree.
