These idiots are calling me morning and night on my cell phone, i received 5 call on sunday !. I believe they re contracted to an indian company , since they do have a heavy indian accent. I'm on the do not call list , and it don't make a difference. They keep asking me about a different name, which i told them was the wrong one.

I received a call from this number too. GE is the banker for HSN.

At first I was getting back to back calls on my cell from Unknown then Private about 6 times a day. One day I finally got fed up- I severely cussed out the dude who was fortunate enough to respond back when I said hello. They quit calling for about 2 weeks and started again with this 800-945-6596 number that calls back to back about 6 times a day. I suspect it will be the same BS. I intend to answer every call with a loud berate of cuss words. Maybe they'll take the hint when all they get is cussed out everytime they respond to my hello. I'm tired of their crap! Besides I don't have any accounts with any of the companies the others are reporting let alone AE or GE. they need to quit harassing everyone.

You are correct, it's not GE Financial, but it is GE CAPITAL CREDIT, the consumer credit division of GE, they have numerous retail credit accounts including Sam's Club Credit, Wal-Mart Credit Card, Amazon Credit Card, eBay Credit Card, PayPal Buyer Credit, Meijer Credit card, American Eagle Outfitters credit card, and way too many more to mention; basically they're like a giant [***] because they'll give you a little up front then they expect you to repay them a bunch and if you don't they'll SCREW YOU until you pay up!!

These calles start at 8am, and keep on until 9pm so far we had 5 today, no message

They have been calling 5-6 times a day; no vm. When I call back it says "thank you for calling credit services, please enter your account number" is there anywhere to report these people?

Or it could just be a red herring - like the calls I get for the person who had my number - 5 years ago!

I just called them back. I said I didn't know why they would be calling me so they looked me up by SS# and had one very old zero balance acct from like 13 yrs ago. they said it must be a wrong # and the woman I talked to was very polite. we'll see if I keep getting calls, someone maybe used my phone #?
