Just received a call from this number, 11/17/2017 at 3:50PM Central Daylight time. It shows to be from Citibank via my Hiya app but the caller has an Indian accent. This person is a fraud who has spoofed Citibank's own 800 number.

I've been getting these same calls for about 5 years now. Wanted to lower my rates on Master Card. To begin with I don't have a Master Card ..so strung along finally letting this foreign sounding person that he was basically trying to scam me cause I don't have a Master Card.

This number will call you all sorts of profanity....they should be arrested.

This number has been calling me every couple of days. They have been offering me a lower interest rate on my existing MasterCard and visa credit cards. They always hang up after being asked 1 of 2 questions. "What company do you work for?" or "What branch of Visa or MasterCard are you calling from? You know, Citi, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West?"The smallest level of scrutiny has these people hanging up the phone. DON'T TRUST IT!

I would not trust this number. They way this site shows the feedback is flawed. It shows feedback starting from the first feedback to the latest. It should be the other way around. Latest feedback indicates the number is not from Citibank.

I don't have, never had, never applied for Citi Bank Card. Why would they call a DO NOT CALL registered phone number in violation if they were not a scammer?

They are indeed using Citi Corp's number. They are trying to steal credit info to use your card fraudulently and any other info for later identity theft. Citi Bank is aware of this and has been for years, but just says its on the public to be smart about it. Their fraud dept. will only take your report and turn it into the feds once a year. So much for the DNC list or Citi Banks protections of their customers data. (My mom, with Alzheimers at 85 years old, fell for it. I was shocked to hear Citi bank personnel show no customer support to a woman who'd used them for 25+ years. They put it on us to deal with.)

just received a call from 800-950-5114, I didn't answer. Seconds later received a call from 800-285-8585, didn't answer and no message left from either number. In googling the numbers, looks like some kind of credit card scam.

Just got a call and no message. The number isn't listed on my Shell or BestBuy cards as a contact number and they are both up to date on payments so I don't think this is legit.
